The Wallflower Gallery funktions as an artistic collective with the most diverse creative parameters of any organization in South Florida. With unique showcases featuring visual arts, spoken word, dance, theatre, film and a broad selection of musical genres, The Wallflower Gallery continues to expand and include more people into the mix. This is a group project and within that notion, we strive to succeed on a large scale level.
The Wallflower Gallery is not an exclusive venue, but we maintain a degree of quality control and organizational structure in order to provide our artistic community and our patrons with entertaining and compelling showcases. turn right, then left at US 1 N sign
(this is Biscayne Blvd) - also US 1.
Continue going North on Biscayne Blvd.,
look for N.E. 1st Street on the left hand side
(There is a full block construction site South of N.E. 1st Street)
Go Left (West) on N.E. 1st Street for 3 blocks, until N.E. 1st Aveune.
Go Right (North) on N.E. 1st Avenue for 2 blocks, until N.E. 3rd Street.

We are in a greenish-yellowish building.
There is a big mural painted on the Northside of the building - facing the Federal Courthouse.

The Wallflower Gallery is influenced by the creative spirits of all of the various artists involved in this group project. By working to spark up the recognition of emerging and established artists, The Wallflower Gallery become the launching pad for energized artists to expand their horizons.
At the same time, there is a drive to stimulate our South Florida community and beyond with the appreciation for artistic interaction and innovative expression. By launching the Art Activism Campaign, The Wallflower Gallery intensifies the cultural dynamic of artistic interpretation by merging social issues with aesthetic mediums to convey prevalent ideas with a fresh flair.

The Wallflower Gallery radiates creativity with a diverse mix of emotions, genres and forms. To accent The Wallflower Gallery’s cozy listening room ambience, the performance area is equipped with high quality audio and video gear. Layering live performances with a specialized flow of sights and sounds, The Wallflower Gallery creates unique experiences for the artists and the audience. Utilizing a customized programing structure, The Wallflower Gallery arranges showcases with a flair for individual style that combines artistic talents and allows for lively interaction.
The Wallflower Gallery has coordinated the event schedule to become the equivalent to “Live Channel 2" with the presentations structured to meet an expansive selection of tastes. Within that dynamic, the events are designed to introduce artists to each other as well as provide the live audience with something distinctive.
A performance at The Wallflower Gallery is close to having the event in your living room, except you can comfortably share the experience with about 100 people.

The Wallflower Gallery is a multi-media arts and community facility that features a diverse selection of creative formats. As part of The Local Art Experience, The Wallflower Gallery highlights various presentations that showcase emerging and established talents - with most of the artists being from South Florida.
Within The Wallflower Gallery, there are an assortment of visual arts including paintings, photography, digital images, sculptures and funktional art. In addition, there are a selection of interactive showcases that feature spoken word, dance, theatre, comedy and most diverse arrangement of musical styles in South Florida. To enhance the range of expression, The Wallflower Gallery also presents an independent films series that includes shorts, features and documentaries.
