Influenced by the music of Stimming, Gorge, Nick Curly, Johnny D, SIS, Super Flu, Stan Kolev, Anthony Collins, Markus Fix, Shlomi Aber, Matthias Tanzmann, Reboot, Marco Carola and by the Records Safari Electronique, 8 bit, Cécile Records, Ostwind, Cocoon, Moon Harbour, Great Stuff, Raum...musik, Monaberry, Dessous Recordings, Liebe*Detail, Cadenza, etc... Wally Stryk has been elaborating his own vision of electronic music.
In May 2008, his release Quilmes Cristal EP producing by the label Hypnotic Room Records (Elektrax Music), had success in Australia and was charted by the big names of Deep Music (Knee Deep, Key Odrien...).
Then, Wally Stryk was invited to play in Ibiza during the summer in 2008.
In 2009, he became the artistic manager of the mythical Bar Lounge Benbow, situated on the south coast of Britanny (Lorient). There, he invited the event Deep Inside Session (Queen Paris - www.deepinsidesession.com). By doing this, he became the ambassador of this famous event in his region.
The single Wally Stryk - Nothing is like a Guinche EP, remixed by Soundshakerz (remixer of Big Ali's album) was broadcast in April by the FM FUN Radio of France.
In May 2009, his Maxi Pampa EP was ranked N°1 by the renowned French magazine Only for DJ's and it was also supported and charted by the successful DJ Hernán Cattaneo.
His music is konwn in America, so Deep Inside Session (Queen Paris - www.deepinsidesession.com) sent Wally Stryk in South America in order to promote the event.
In Latin America, Wally Stryk organized the famous event and played in prestigious Underground clubs in Uruguay (Kalu, Under the Stars), Argentina (South Club, Carilo Under Club), Chile (Sweet Club)...
His tune Amanecer releases on Unlock Recordings, is mixed by the famous Argentine DJs, Ronan Portela and Solimano for the Unlock Anniversary Compilation (Album Various Artist / Unlock Recordings 5th Anniversary). The CD is out in January 2010.
His single Atmosfera Positiva Co-produce with the DJ/Producer of Uruguay Javier Misa (N°1 Progressiv House in Uruguay), out on Quimika Records.
His last single "Zen" is remixing by Ale Castro and producing Frequenza Records (John Lagora, Nihil Young... Italy).
December 2009, Wally Stryk Join the Digital Radio of Paris Low Frequenzy Oscilation for a weekly DJ residency.
All of his productions has been performed and supported by Hernán Cattaneo (Arg), Daniel Khunen (Bra), Javier Misa (Uru), Mark Mendes (Canada), etc... His output also been supported by the magazines Only for DJ's, Imput Selector, Resident Advisor...
Within the years his music has evolved creating an elegant and very personal sound.
At present, Wally Stryk is known for his DJ Set and productions incorporating different styles, going from Techno to House.
