After recently having chart topping & international success with the track “Somewhere”, Johannesburg based rocker, Walt has released his long awaited debut album: “Until The End” to music stores countrywide in South Africa, marketed by Sheer Sound. (January ‘09)

Walt, a passionate singer/songwriter, was first introduced on the South African airwaves in 2003. His sound is defined by a melancholic and warm, distinctive lead vocal while his songs has strong melodies that tend to resonate around one’s head the morning after.

“Somewhere” was playlisted on almost every regional and national radio station in South Africa, including 5fm and Highveld Stereo. In addition the song went to Nr.1 on Highveld and various campus stations.

The track was chosen by Missing Children SA as their official theme song based on its somewhat controversial video which created a public awareness for The National Missing Kid’s Bureau and Walt made headlines on television & radio news bulletins across the country.
