Interests
General
I love to read and I also love baseball (especially the Mets!): watching it, reading about it, keeping up on player transactions. ..I'm a Scarlet Knight (after 7 years at Rutgers College/Rutgers Law-Newark, even my kid's a Knight).
Music
I have an eclectic taste for music: I like hip hop, R&B, pop, merengue, bachata, salsa, Spanish ballads, classical, etc. I guess it's easier to just name the music I don't like... ..Movies
I love movies, but I definitely don't go to the theater as frequently as I'd like...I love comedies, especially those like Ace Ventura and Dumb & Dumber. I also love the Pixar movies: "Finding Nemo", "Toy Story", and the like.
Last movie I saw: MilkTelevision
Some of my favorites (in random order): The Office, Scrubs, Arrested Development, How I Met Your Mother, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, Harvey Birdman: Attorney-at-Law, classic cartoons like Tom & Jerry and Looney Toons. And of course, watching the Mets on SNY.(Man, for someone who doesn't watch a lot of tv, I sure enjoy a bunch of shows!)
Books
I love to read. For as long as I can remember, there has been a book on my night table. I will read anything as long as it's well written, but especially love historical fiction.Heroes
My list of heroes isn't too long: my parents, Paula & William, and my late husband, Pablo. ..My parents have been so amazing in raising my siblings and me. They've showed us how a marriage survives, and thrives, and how to parent.
Pablo died on January 25th, 2005. He is the person who had the biggest impact on my life. He encouraged me to continue my education, and supported me emotionally through college & law school. I am what I am today because of him. He may have passed onto a better place, but he left me all his love, and a beautiful daughter to help console me.
