Skins: Okay, this is THE BEST TEEN SHOW EVER. It's incredibly raunchy, being MA15+, and it's hilarious and it's British! Such a lovely change from the American rubbish that fills up Australian television. If you haven't seen it, you must go onto YouTube right now and watch the first episode. You'll fall in love. Plus they always release unseen clips and blogs online. What a smart thing to do!

Grey's Anatomy: Now getting a bit crap and too gruesome

Gossip Girl: A truly excellent show that reminds me to go shopping more often

Friends: Admittedly now finished, but pretty much how I'd like to live when I'm in my late 20s

The Chaser's War on Everything: Australian comedy at it's best!

Yeah, that's pretty much it. I watch 30mins of TV a week. I think that's a good thing though.

Books

Anything the lovely, kind and eternally wonderful J.K. Rowling comes up with

All of Meg Cabot's books, especially The Princess Diaries series, which are a masterpiece of pop culture teenage angst

The Obernewtyn series by Isobelle Carmody and her stand-alone novel Alyzon Whitestarr

Tomorrow When the War Began series by John Marsden - they taught me the art of expressing fear and suspense

Most of the stuff Tamora Pierce comes up with, especially her Tortall-focused books
