About me:
Um.... yeah. Some people might call me pretentious, or maybe a bit narcissistic. I prefer the term "eccentric." I laugh at my own jokes, and hold full conversations with myself - outloud. I give direct orders to inanimate objects ("Stop that, stay!"). I wiggle my ears when I want to hear someone or something better. I make funny faces at myself in the mirror when there's nobody else around. I've learned to manipulate people to make them like me (you don't *really* think I'm that nice, do you?). When I'm asleep at night, my head blooms open to let the fish out (wait, that's not right at all.....). I can give you the history of obscure turns of phrases, such as "see a man about a horse [or a dog]" and "trip the light fantastic." (For the record, the full phrase, "Come, and trip it, as you go, on the light fantastic toe," was originally found in the poem "L'Allegro" by John Milton, and means to dance.) I use little Irish-isms on a regular basis, saying things like "Brilliant!" [or in American, "Wonderful!"] and "Cheers." I drive far too quickly, and probably drink too much coffee. I meow at people sometimes when I walk past them.
