Savaş soyundan gelen anlamındaki "War Ancestry" 2008 yazında Buse ve Naz tarafından kuruldu. Vokale Nur'un gelmesiyle grup kadrosunu tamamladı ve tam gaz çalışmalara başladı.Tarzını Death/Black olarak belirleyen grup kısa bir süre içerisinde kayda girdi.Grubun "Kurtuluş Savaşı"nı anlatan 191919... isimli parçası yayınlandı.Yerli ve yabancı radyolarda çalan şarkı büyük beğeni topladı.Grup şarkılarda savaş ve Türklüğü ön planda tutmaktadır. Myspace ve EP hazırlıkları devam etmektedir...

In the summer of 2008, Buse and Naz created their music group known as " War Ancestry", in Turkey. Nur attended as a vocal and the grup started to work full speed. The type of music they made is Death/Black. After forming their group, in a short period of time, the group made a song which has been related to Turkish War of Independence named "191919''. The track has been broadcasted on local and foreign radios and won a great recognition. The group gives particular importance war and Turkishness in their songs. The group has continued their myspace desing and they have been working hard to make out an EP..
