Since I'm a guitarist at heart, I've played with Glenn Branca a few times, in his "Hallucination City" ensemble - most recently in London in October 2007. If Travis Bean were still making guitars I reckon I'd endorse them, since they are the only guitar I play.
I also play musical saw, a lot of toys, and crappy violin.
It's 2008 now and high time I put up some more "songs." I'll try to make that happen in a timely fashion.
When I'm not sitting in my living room chair composing, you can find me roaming the streets collecting sounds for future use. If you ever hear yourself on one of my recordings, let me know, and you'll receive a wonderful prize. Just like in those Quiz Wiz commercials from way back when.
I was on NPR in 2005, featured in a piece about National Solo Album Month. Not only can you hear my "melodious" (emphasis on the "odious") voice, you can hear me talking a bit about my creative process, which has changed quite a bit since the interview was recorded.
