Including formal contract representation, direct negotiation of legal contracts and/or recording agreement provisions relating to the collection and calculation of your publishing royalties. Wow! On top of this we can manage requests and clearance for the proposed use of your songs by others and synchronisation licence representation and formal clearance for the use of your songs by way of all form's of media exploitation, both traditional (TV, Radio) and new Media (Internet, Digital Rights, Ring Tones etc).
We can even offer advice and direct negotiation with respect to all aspects of song writing and publishing on a one off basis or with respect to single song or specific song assignments; royalty tracking and collection for any outstanding income due to you or research into matters whereby permission and license had not been correctly obtained for the use of your songs. We have many years' experience of working with recording artists and song writers, record labels, publishers, collection societies, ad agencies, film companies, producers and writers of all levels and experience.
