OUR MISSION:
For 33 years, The Warehouse Theatre has offered a diverse range of intense, intimate, and unexpected productions marked by high caliber artists dedicated to the pursuit of theatre as a serious and relevant art form. We continue our mission off the stage and into the community through our nationally recognized educational outreach program, The Wooden O, and training for The Warehouse Theatre Journeyman, an annual class of apprentice actors.
The Warehouse Theatre chooses plays to stretch the imagination of Upstate audiences, to energize and excite the community with Intense, Intimate, and Unexpected performances that explore and celebrate the complexities of our time. To complement the Main Stage, The Warehouse produces Greenville's popular Upstate Shakespeare Festival from May to October, as well as our On The Edge Series. We host several Indie theatre companies for our On The Edge Series, including our resident company, The Distracted Globe. So check us out!
