Formed by Warlock Ransen Mohrg, to be a symphonic black metal band with fantasy elements as the main focus for writing. Mohrg was soloist in this project for a short time before inviting Eligor to do guest vokals. Eligor sang on Remembering the Fathers and The Portals Opened. He wrote the beginning lyrics for The Portals Opened. Warlock is only in the beginning stages of a great musical development. Warlock does not have songs, Each track is called a Spell.
Gateways to Shadow Magic is a demo-album and will be properly recorded after the second album. Each spell is a demo and still needs work. Mohrg is now working with long time guitarist Erikk to turn Warlock into full line-up band. in time each spell will sound the way it should, when a full band is ready to record each track.

"I have a ZOOM 8 Track mixer to record each of my songs for my bands, and even though the sound quality is alright, Its still difficult to make each track sound like it should, to its true potential. I used Garageband to record Fall from Sigmar & Book of the Black Earth for Warlock. When I can get ahold of some really good software, or find a band with the style of playing and same vision for Warlock that I have, it is then you shall have the Warlock you deserve to hear. A truly atmospheric band that will open portals of its own."
