About me: W.A.R.M. is a nonprofit, grassroots organization of international women artists founded in 1999 by Dr Molly Merryman and Cheryl Townsend, with the sole intent of utilizing and promoting the artistic eclecticism of women through exhibitions, workshops, seminars, performances, publications, and whatever means necessary to ensure her voice is heard, her vision shared, her art available.
WARM hosts an annual fundraising show at its base, the North Water Street Gallery in March. Women are always welcome to submit their work for consideration. Posting to this site is one method to do so, or e-mailed jpgs can be sent to warmarts@aol.com as well as mailed on CD to 4975 Comanche Trail, Stow, OH 44224.

Right on the confidentiality of personal messages is based 'Poem for
Echelon', a project of Jaka Zeleznik that, far from any bellicose
intentions, is an active digital politicized. This project is proposed as a
visual poetry and conceptual art. The text formatted by the author
becomes an exercise in ASCII art, which fits in the rest of its
production, based on very strong concept and minimal realizations.
The author provides a text which, when copied and sent to a mail, it creates extra work for Echelon.
The user can use the text in this way show their disagreement over
Echelon, a project of several nations, including USA, UK, Canada,
Australia, New Zealand and Italy, which provides for monitoring random
communications between individuals citizens, are intercepted telephone
calls, email, fax, sms.
Of course the project is designed for the safety of workers, but the
author gives voice to that large part of population does not like
intrusions into their privacy. Many did not like the idea that a
security officer, while searching for information potentially dangerous
look in their intimacy.
