BTB is the solo project by Franco Colombo, Systems Engineer, Musician and Producer, born in 1978. Franco has been producing sensitive and emotional electronic music in Capital Federal, Buenos Aires, Argentina, for many years now. His production is simple and complicated, probably encapsulated under the IDM subgenre, introducing broken melodies and downtempo grooves with a strong pop influence. Sometimes using the variant of other styles like Ambient, Drum'n'Bass and Click's and Beats.

He begun in 1999 as BTB Project drifting into Ambient and Intelligent Techno; released his first ep in the Argentinian label Fuga Discos in 2001, leaded by the experimental musician Luis Marte. He took part of many projects and editions, as guest in the band Giorgiolive and also edited with her alter ego Evhaoid 82. He has released ep's and tracks in compilations from labels such as Boltfish Recordings, Audiobulb, Electrosound.ru, Enough Records, Discos Sordos, Monteaudio, Punchi Discos and Zensible Records, which now is part of with many talented artist like Ivan Johnson aka Bruno de Vincenti (know for his work in the pop band Miranda!), Funzion, Niña Bonita, Iszen and Spektre. He was invited to the argentine tribute to Throbbing Gristle "Sufre, Sufre, Desesperadamente", with his version of "Hamburger Lady" as HG (BTB+Fluor). He has also played live in many concerts and events featuring his work in the format live act or dj.

Franco appears with other alias/side projects like "Evhaoid 82" (retro-techno/8 bit), experimental duo project "HG" with Fluor, post industrial duo project "Cloro" with Diego Sima (Farmacia), the audiovisual crew "Veleta" with Dario Martinez, and the oldskool hardcore breaks or RAVE music alias called "Oldbrain".
