Warstorm fut formé par Youssef ancien guitariste de la formation AIM et adnane (batteur), ces derniers ont recruté au début Soufiane au clavier, puis Anass (ancien bassiste Last breath) les rejoint, enfin Fayçal (ancien vocal overdozed) compléta la formation. Après plusieurs mois le groupe eu son premier concert à Meknes en Mai 2007 et peu de temps après, Fayçal du quitter le groupe pour des raisons personnelles. La quête pour trouver un vocal fut brève car mouhcine les rejoint par la suite et s'adapta à l'univers Power/Progressive du groupe. L’année 2008 marqua un nouveau changement au sein de la formation, Soufiane qui a du marquer une pause pour des raisons personnelles, le groupe a fait appel à Mahmoud (ex Inerkha), apporta un plus à l'univers de WarstorM.
