CRASH is UWSU's fortnightly alternative club night in which resident DJ Chris Carter brings you a no-frills mix of rock, indie, metal, punk & ska. The monochrome beauty currently carressing your eyeballs is the event's official Myspace page. This bad-boy is your friend, your lover, your boss and your dirty little bit on the side. CRASH is situated in Warwick Students' Union but is open to the general public for a mere £3. We spin everything from Alexisonfire to Yeah Yeah Yeahs, taking in the likes of Rainbow, Reel Big Fish and Rage Against the Machine along the way. CRASH is about having a laugh to banging tunes. Led by the inimitable General Casp (for whom rocking is a full-time occupation), our army of regulars treat each event like some kind of surreal carnival, leading to a unique atmosphere and sense of community. Previous exploits have seen a mass communal hug to Radiohead's Paranoid Android, together with a Can-Can line which stretched all the way around the room. Ridiculous...
