Formed in 2007 ‘Wasted Angels’ are a 5 piece rock band from Manchester, UK. Playing what they call ‘Decadent Rock n Roll’ they have so far taken their energetic live show around 6 different countries and thousands of people across Europe. With influences coming from all directions of rock and metal they are described as a Hard Rock Band with catchy choruses, great riffs, with an old school vibe.
2008 flew by for ‘Wasted Angels’, with changes to the line up at the beginning of the year they went from recording a low budget sampler CD to setting off on a full length European tour, which really isn’t bad for a band who had no singer at the start of the year. When 2009 rolled on by it finally gave the band chance to take some time to work with a great producer and get the recordings they had been only dreaming of for the past few months.
In February 2009 the band recorded their first ‘official’ EP with Romesh Dodangoda (Manic Street Preachers, Bullet for my Valentine, Kids in Glass Houses) and are extremely proud of the results. Fresh out the studio the band are now ready to rock the shit out of anyone in their way and show the world what they're made of. EP release date is still to be confirmed...
