Sounds Like
old school punk rock/hardcore with catchy melancholic melodies
Wasted was formed in 1996 in a small town called Joensuu in eastern Finland. We played around the area for a year or so, starting off with some Black Flag covers, then moved to Helsinki and Tampere. Then we started releasing a lot of stuff and playing hundreds of shows all over Finland and toured all over Europe for at least 10 times creating a good following all over......
We did a lot of the tours with our friends Manifesto Jukebox, shared the smallest van (and broke 3 of them), had good times and bad times In UK, Germany, Czech Republic, Poland, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Slovenia, Switzerland, Austria at least as far as I can remember, none of us never really kept count.....We have also shared the stage for example with Endstand, Dropkick Murphy..s, Lars Fredriksen&the Bastards, No Hope For The Kids, The Accidents, Anal Thunder, Flogging Molly, Strike Anywhere, As Friends Rust, Born/Dead, The Stitches, Sunshine......
In 2003 there was the only line-up change we ever experienced, when Kalle quit the bass and Jamppa from a finnish hardcore band Abduktio filled in and fit in the group right away bringing in some energy, punch and tightness.
In 2003 two members of Wasted and two members of Manifesto Jukebox formed I Walk The Line, so that took some time off from Wasted and in 2006 it got even more hectic with IWTL, so Wasted played only a few shows around Finland.....
When we realised that we..ve survived 10 years of playing, partying, sitting in vans, fighting, nearly breaking up, staring at each other..s dirty faces, listening to the same old crappy jokes and stories over and over again, we decided to celebrate it with a 10 year anniversary tour!! But only in Finland, the rest of the Europe will have to wait for a while, sorry........
We were the first band on Combat Rock Industry and have been part of the family ever since. We..ve co-released some stuff on Bosstuneage (UK/Japan), Twisted Chords (Germany), Scene Police (Germany), Brown records (Finland), 7 ply records (Finland) and Trujaca Fala (Poland).........

"These Spanish lads combine a solid street punk sound with peppy '77 tunes. Think Toy Dolls and Rezillos meets Cock Sparrer. Yes indeed, that's really 12 hot shots!" Bandworm -Germany-
"Street rock’n’roll for punks, skins and hooligans. If you like Cock Sparrer, Cockney Rejects, Major Accident in a mix with some Ramones, then VonDänikens is the band for you. An album you shouldn’t miss!" Mpty zine -Romania-
"Tuneful, melodic rock 'n' roll streetpunk with lots of gang vocals on the choruses, and plenty of "whooa whooa"s going on. This is their 12 track album, and it's a cracker!" You can't Say No to Hope zine -UK-
"It is very efficient, good choruses, good melodies, good album, I like it!" Carry No Banners zine -France-
