Hi! I am Waste, a Discordian Resistance Front member. I am into the Dead Kennedys, punk rock, B&D/S&M, Discordianism (Hail Eris!) and photography. Please come and visit my site to view a wide range of Australian punk rock photos and history that I have accumulated over the years. My site discusses basic anarchism, punk fashion and political commentary. I enjoy the analysis and production of agitation propaganda of all sorts. I take part in anti-Nazi and anti-Fascist activities. I enjoy making films containing graphic and humourous documentary footage and some of my work will soon be downloadable from my website. My website contains a wide selection of photos of my girlfriends and other punks and goths I have known over the past 20 years. My website contains information and history on the punk movement and its roots in World War II. It also includes criticisms of the neo-Conservative Bush administration and of the Australian government and media. These critical analyses include attacks upon the cult of sport, the cult of personality, the role of maniacal leaders, and the inherent violence of consumer society. I cover issues including exploitation, capital, homelessness, mental illness and corporate greed. I comment on the role of the serial killer in modern culture and the day-to-day involvement of us all in the forever wars we are forced to fight by the real generals, General Electric and General Motors. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, a Graduate Diploma of Education and a Bachelor of Letters.My favourite bands include the Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, Fear, the Circle Jerks, the Angry Samoans, Flipper, Slayer, and Suicidal Tendencies. I am heavily influenced by the West Coast US punk scene - particularly around San Francisco. I am particularly influenced by the bands of the East Bay and Marin County. I grew up during the Reagan era so am influenced by that style of punk music. Australian punk bands that I like include The Fuck Fucks, This Is Serious Mum (TISM), Depression, Vicious Circle and Bastard Squad (details of lead singer's murder trial on my website). While I am interested in the punk fashions of Britain, their being late into the scene means that they are seen as less important musically. However I like some Sex Pistols, some of The Clash, also The Varukers, Disorder and Chaos UK. Other bands I like include Anal Cunt, Public Enemy, Bjork, Kate Bush, The Pixies, Talking Heads, and Placebo.My favourite films include Kubrick's 'A Clockwork Orange' and 'Dr. Strangelove or How I Learned To Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb'. I particularly love the punk fashions of 'Clockwork' and the realism of the combat scenes in 'Strangelove'. Other documentaries I like include 'Mr. Death: The Rise and Fall of Fred Leuchter' which is an excellent anti-Fascist piece against the death penalty. I prefer to make my own films that will soon be downloadable from my website and can be watched on Windows Media Player. These films reflect the graphic documentary violence of Warhol's and Kubrick's early work. Over the past 20 years and during my Journalism degree I gathered graphic snatches of violence which I would edit together and set to music. I would often show these films in punk pubs and clubs. These films, such as the 60 minute long 'Waste's Death, Live', differed from poorly-made and researched commercial films such as the 'Faces of Death' series which largely contained badly-faked images of pretend deaths with a lot of stock set-up footage as padding. My films exclusively contained images of real and actual violence and death. Equally my footage was not used for exploitative purposes, nor cast in a typical right-wing fashion. Rather, it and my other work exposes the violence of the capitalist consumer system.I love television - the revolution will not only be televised: it is the revolution! I spend all day collecting violence and humour from everday television and make films out of it to satisfy my own interests. Orwell was correct that everyone would have a telescreen playing in every room all the time - I leave my TV on when I fall asleep - it is on all day (oh, you say, my TV doesnt watch me - well Nielsen has developed TVs that can not only tell the difference between you and your dog but can tell if you are paying attention. Anyway, Winston Smith has been watched particularly as a thought criminal since his marriage breakup, some eight years before...). It doesn't matter if you are watching in Oceania or you are in Eastasia - North Koreans that have electricity have 24 hour State radio piped into their kitchens that they can turn down but cannot entirely turn off... (not that they would want to, do you?). Shows that I like include: 'Not The Nine O'Clock News', 'The Young Ones', 'BlackAdder', 'The Office', 'The Goodies', 'The Simpsons', 'Drawn Together', 'MythBusters', 'South Park', 'Curb Your Enthusiasm', 'Seinfeld', 'Cops', 'The News Hour with Jim Lehrer', and the 'Frontline' news series.There are no heroes - only dead ones. John Wayne was sold to us as a hero but he was a Nazi (he's not anymore - life evened the score - MDC). Australia's greatest hero was an unarmed medic who with his donkey transported many men under fire until he was killed three weeks later (Simpson). If there is a person who inspired and instructed me - it would be Jello Biafra of the Dead Kennedys. He is a person who laid out a simple political and social framework for me as a young person in the albums "Give Me Convenience or Give Me Death", in "Fresh Fruit for Rotting Vegetables" and in "Plastic Surgery Disasters". Many of his inspirational lyrics can be found on my site.I'd like to meet fellow anarchists and anti-Fascists who are particularly into the punk movement. I would like to exchange my movies with others who would like to learn more about the lies of 9/11, the role of the CIA in Afghanistan during the Soviet invasion period, the role of the US and Germany in supplying Saddam with mustard gas and bio-weapons, those who would like to know the truth about Vietnam's Gulf of Tonkin incident or the reality about Pearl Harbour and the supposed 'suprise' Japanese attack. I would like to discuss the false history we have been sold and share in the secret his- and herstory of the 20th century. I am interested in meeting people who want to share in the secret history of international corporations like IBM who colluded in the Nazi extermination campaign against minorities in Europe 1933-1945. Equally I am interested in meeting people who are interested in the punk movement, particularly US punk where the movement originally began in the late 1960s with bands like The MC5 and The Stooges. I am interested in people who wish to assert their disappearing freedoms before it is too late. I am also interested in people who wish to explore the control and fashion issues involved in bondage and discipline/sado-masochistic fetish styles such as leather, gas masks (yes really! This is a part of our sick, wargasm society during the 1940s and 50s), and latex. I am interested in humour and photography - particularly Warhol's and Kubrick's early work involving death.
