MAC was founded in 2004 following the tragic deaths of several people in our Baton Rouge community in a relatively short period of time due to automobile/motorcycle collisions. Ironically, our first corporation Treasurer (Ron Waguespack) was killed in this manner shortly after forming the organization.
Our mission and purpose is "To promote awareness and safety of motorcyclists on Louisiana roadways".
