| General | I have an endless amount of interests. So here are some of the things I like to do: dance, travel, work compelling jobs &; have fun. Dance; to start I was Eighteen &; a friend of mine had asked if I would tag along to a western club, since knowing people seemed the key I went. I must admit I would rather not have to western dance, but I do know how now. For I spent three months there learning: two-step, shuffle, waltz &; west coast swing. While there I was told of an east-coast swing joint; I went. This was the opening to a love for dancing. I have been going to the east-coast swing house ever since. from there I have learned a number of moves, but for basics: east-coast swing with rock-step &; triple-step, shag, lindy (though not that good at it), balsboa; line dances well known are shim-sham &; charleston. I have over time created my own style for east-coast, plus I have learned a great deal of advanced moves; though only practice a minority of them. Now I do have a background in more than just swing. I have spent three years of my life as a hardcore raver. Took a course in ballroom dance, which brought in cha-cha, fox trot, salsa, tango &; silver waltz. During the course I advanced immensely in cha-cha. Maybe I just have an interest in quick forms of dancing? Of late though I have been using all my styles to create the style of club dancing I use now. Since it seems most of the week I'm out dancing at some club. Travel! That one would take awhile; you could even say twenty-three years worth. So I will leave it alone for now. Renaissance festivals are the places to be. My place within the fairs is to distract people from their realities. To begin I'm a Rouge at heart, Pirate in sense &; an Assassin at hand. First job I worked was for Imaginarium Galleries as a dragon puppeteer scaring those who pass; come to &; find out (still have that ability; I just see targets now.) Kings Nuts for parade; tossing my nuts around into peoples mouths. Gypsy Jewelry for parade as a pretty face (told this.) Last to this list right now is as a drummer for a friend of mine. He wanted different beats in his shop. I; at the moment refuse to work cast. I like to be free on what I do &; where I do it. As Rouge I go around flirting with most of the women; especially fun for me when I get to see someone light up at the sudden attention. So...I have fun! Though I also take part in rat-pucking with Rouges from the guild. Rat-pucking is something like golf with a fake stuffed rat. The goal is normally a poll or tree, but we do become graced with the presence of women as targets though most will go by the title of wench. Pirate is a state of mind, which runs through the veins. Well for that one you would just have to hang around those from Pirate guilds to understand. So for that one you will just have to go to a renn. fair to obtain such. Assassin is what many worry about now. I am what I am! Hollow Earth is my choice of weapon on the grounds, which Hollow Earth is a wooden sword that are hard as hell to break. Yes they can break bones, leave nasty marks &; puncher like a metal sword. Only these will puncher without breaking the skin. Though few I have met fight in such that one would have to worry about that. There are classes here: light, medium &; heavy weight fighting. I play at all levels though normally I just sneak up &; strike without being noticed until it is done. -Yet I do play one on ones a lot to. The best is when I play with the children that ornament the fairs. They walk around after gaining wooden swords just wanting to play with their new toy with someone. You can see it in their eyes as they walk around. Sadly I place this upon the parents for not letting them play. This is a festival everyone should be happy &; somewhat free. No parent has tried to stop me from playing with their kids though. I play with grace &; complete understanding of whom I play against &; apparently it shows. Hmm...I will give this up; I do lose to them. Now I have some older children that play the assassin game with me. Nothing like having a group of young adults hunting you down (keeps one on their toes or guard.) | | Music | Variety of such that I can not tell you at this moment. | | Movies | Dead Man, with Johnny Depp & Nobody | | Television |
