I have been watching you
my sugar
hesitating, sinking slowly
beneath the surface
of the ultimate extraction
I have been caressing you
feather touching with the tip
of my tongue
immersed in the aroma,
overtaken by perfection,
until I smell your scent,
until you let me taste you,
until you shamelessly reveal
your freshly harvested bottom
of my always thirsty cup.

The Great American Water Canyon Coffee Company is to be reckoned with the rest of the world.
But now, an other project to add to the pile is to get an events program going so that we can plan our week and know what is playing at Water Canyon.
You make the greatest coffee on this side of the Mississippi.
A+ Expresso in the demitasse.

Thank you,
ted quinn

i have some great memories of water canyon. my band dig our own cactus was the first ever to play there. it was my birthday and my late great friend gothic harris sang 'in the court of the crimson king.' playing with tal & sue (wooden nickel) or with my new band, the tree, for the record release for 'dog years' (free download at www.tedquinn.com/dogyears) was 'a beautiful dream, ' according to travis , my thrift store all-star mate...and it felt like one to me, too. mostly i just love seeeing tirzah, tanner and all the people who work there..especially my folk hero, kevin stetz, the best songwriter trapped behind an espressso machine anywhere in the world...and saturday mornings with my baby, sage, where he gets to hear people like arjuna, clive, tommy paul & dave theriault playing incredible music while visiting with all his many fans!!!
