Water School was a guitar pop and guitar rock band from Baltimore. We were born in 2004 and died in the winter of 2008.
Our first album, Break Up With Water School, was released in UK and Europe, courtesy of our good friends at Neon Tetra Records.
Our second album, "Animals And Their Hiding Places", is an enchanting affair of keyboardy harmonious tunes and is now available for purchase on the iTunes. It was written and recorded entirely during the month of February (2007).
Animals will soon be released in the UK and stuff. Here's the reviews as they trickle in:
Mike!! Haha. I checked the tunes out and i like it. its real chill. Tomorrow May Come is the best. You should check out my band's page. They got recordings and are releasing their first EP at the end of Sept myspace. com/asunlitaperture
Brainiacs, I like my songs, and, oh... your songs are great, too. Har Har Guffaw. No, really the new songs you posted are fantastic! Reconsider the towel tossing.
Just wanted to let you know that you..ve made it into my favourite albums of the year (check my blog)- greetings from Germany, a happy Xmas and all the best for 2008 J
The Jennifers are playing a really big show this Saturday, November 3rd at the 8 x 10 Club. We will share the bill with local favorites The Oranges Band, Brooklyn, NY’s Artanker Convoy and Nashville’s Paper Route.
We'll be on the road a bit after that playing some shows in Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee. Come wish us luck.
