Dave Bauer
Dave Bauer a.k.a Dave B. (and sometimes with a joke Dave Belch).
He started spinning the wheels in 1998 and in 1999 he had his first gig in the Cirkel Theathre in Sittard (Netherlands).
From there on everything went quite fast.
In the following years he joined Roger Dassens (Dj.Rho) Organisation called HotKitchen! and played at a lot of amazing events linke The Caves of joy, Extrema Outdoor official afterparty, Nightlive (maastricht), Partyboat, Kadans, Backstage and some illegal parties in the area.
During these great years he played with big names like James Holden, Secret cinema, Dj Remy, Michel de Hey, Allison Marks, Erick E, Per and many more…
In 2000 and 2006 he became father of two beautiful little girls, but he never lost his love for the music and was always busy to bring his skills to a higher level.
His technics never left his livingroom…
In this time he was still playing at some smaller parties and attending all his favorite venues to keep ahead on the newest music around.
His style went during these years from progressive to the deepest and darkest minimal.
In the beginning of 2007 he started along with his brother the organisation Mahlzeit (Wich stands for: M-Maastricht, A-Aachen, H-Heerlen, L-Liege - TIME).
The organisation wants to bring the people of this cities together in one mind-blowing event.
The first choice for mahlzeit was to bring minimal to this area, so the first daughter of Mahlzeit was born, miniMahlzeit.
In one year Dave has played with a lot of his heroes like: Damian Schwartz, Bruno Pronsato, Mikael Stavostrand, Rejected, Audio Werner, Daze Maxim, Franco Cinelli but also with future talents like Dario Zenker, Jorge Savoretti and Daniel Sanchez.
After one year Dave and his brother Jorg feel that this is the future for them and their organisation but wanted to tease more people and started along with Han Solo the second daughter of Mahlzeit, called maximahlzeit.
Maximahlzeit will bring the best techno to the south of the netherlands, so keep tuned!
Also watch out for Dave Bauer (miniMahlzeit) and Han Solo (maximahlzeit) during Extrema big festival: Solar 2008… you have got to listen to those two…
