It's about a rock band of surfers who go on a quest to find out why there's an all-seeing eye on the back of the US dollar bill. Prompted by a mermaid, they are asked to save the world by finding the original king of Atlantis, and a half-octopus, cactus-like creature who possesses all the knowledge in the universe.
