Waymond Joseph Anderson AKA Suave who is currently serving a life sentence for a crime that can be proven that he did ( NOT) commit. As you read on I will go over the details of his innocence and the proof that has been recovered over the years. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To begin, Waymond Anderson was a Capital Records recording Artist who was signed under the Name Suave' . He was convicted for Murder in 1995 along with counts of attempted murder and arson.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In 1999, Waymond Legal team and family discovered phone records detailing a possibility of him being in the state of Mississippi during the time frame of September 13, 1993 until September 22, 1993. -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Once this was recalled, his wife and sister went through records to see if they could locate anything from that time frame to verify that Waymond was in Jackson, Mississippi on the date the crime took place in Los Angeles.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Upon discovery, they located Mr. Anderson air line tickets purchase from his Diners Club International credit card statement. They then began to think specifically what was going on during that time of the year and why was Waymond in Mississippi.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Since these thoughts come into focus several discoveries have come into memory for everyone.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Things that were collected over the last three years:------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Signed and dated autograph pictures given to fans in Jackson, MS during the week the crime was committed in Los Angeles
2. Video tape of Mr. Anderson viewing homes in Mississippi to purchase.
3. Several declarations from people in the community stating they saw and or spent time with Mr. Anderson while he was in the state of Mississippi during that time frame.
4. An entire church congregation including a declaration from the Bishop who had lunch with Mr. Anderson during this time frame
5. Telephone Records, proving what was used in court against him was fabricated.
6. Victims in the crime, have come forward and said it was NOT Waymond Anderson who caused them harm.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Along with these discoveries, Mr. Anderson learned of a few people in the prison system who lived in the Neighborhood that the crime took place and have told him they knew that LAPD arrested the wrong guy for the crime.
We also have signed declarations from them as well.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
To add to the list of People who confirms that it was not Waymond Anderson who committed this crime, Mr. Robert Green another witness/victim in the crime stated on the stand during trail that it was not Waymond Anderson who committed the crime and that the investigator told him to pick Mr. Anderson. This statement is in the court files, the testimony was ruled out by the judge. This man is now deceased.

A last interview was with one of the Victims in the crime, was conducted recently. This person was the brother of the person that is deceased due to the crime the Waymond is still wrongfully convicted for. . This Witness was also a victim in this crime. Briefly, he was only 50% sure that it was Mr. Anderson and did not testify his 75 to 100% certainty until the investigators and DA on the case told him it was and all he needed to do was say so. They told him that it was up to him in order to bring justice to at least one person who harmed him and killed his brother. (THIS IS SAD) This same person informed us, that he was still unsure after all these years if it was Waymond. But THe Inestigating Officers told him it was, so he listened to them------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
On November 23, 2002 This witness conducted a video declaration recanting his testimony and realized his fears were correct and he testified against the wrong person. This witness confirmed that it was not Mr. Waymond J. Anderson aka Suave that committed the crime on him and his brother, it was in fact someone who looks a great deal like him, but if he had seen more pictures during the time of trail, he would have been able to tell the difference.
Waymond has spent over 12 years in prison now and with several individuals he did not know that would tell him information about them knowing who he is and that they knew he did not commit the crime because they were from that area of Los Angeles. For these people whom he no relation or has never met to come forward to assist Mr. Anderson is a great deal, As well the main witness in the case coming forward to recant his testimony. Two Witnesses that testified against Waymond have come forward with full details on District Attorney Anne Ingles forced them to Lie and gave false promises to win her another case. We also now know that is is not the first time or cse that witnesses have come back and said DA Anne INgles to told them what to say.
