About me:
Wayne Nichols is an Australian comic book artist/commercial illustrator and part time dabbler in frenetic electronic music composition.
His recent comic projects include CHURCH OF HELL written by legendary scribe Alan Grant, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed for Dark Horse Comics, Giant Size Hulk #1 and Exiles: Days of then and now for Marvel Comics. Last year Wayne wrapped up pencilling the 4 issue mini-series Afterburn for Red 5 Comics, which is being adapted to film by Spiderman star Tobey Maguire and producer Neal Moritz.
Currently, Wayne also plays bass guitar in searing metal band The Punch, while occassionally feeling a compulsion to compose mind-altering electronic music with his small arsenal of synthesizers and PC.
Wayne was born upon the cusp of cancer and gemini on the 22nd of June, 1978. He lives in sunny Brisbane, Australia.
