Offaly born, Wayne’s music encompasses a variety of genres that in the hands of many other artists would be over-ambitious, but with Wayne it sounds as if he’s been playing since the day he was born. His enigmatic craft and artistry on the guitar is nothing short of astonishing. Of course it helps to have a musical background- he is self-educated in the art of instrumentation, song writing and singing, which is remarkable, considering his vast eclectic style. His Irish roots are obvious, yet his songs are also infused with such genre-bridging meshes of reggae, flamenco, country, metal and rock.
