Geiger, Cast In Recurring Role As "Wayne," Performs Songs From Upcoming Debut Album "Underage Thinking" & More
Rising young musician Teddy Geiger can be seen playing the 17-year-old singer-songwriter "Wayne" on the eagerlyawaited CBS network television dramedy, "Love Monkey," premiering Tuesday, January 17 (9pm-10pm, ET/PT).
Teddy's music is featured prominently in "Love Monkey," where Teddy performs four songs from his upcoming debut album, "Underage Thinking," as well as a brand-new duet, on the initial episodes of the series. Teddy's currently lensing his scenes for upcoming episodes.
In this new series, based on the best-selling book by Kyle Smith, Tom Cavanagh ("Ed") plays "Tom Farrell," a 30-something and single up-and-coming record executive who's navigating the tumultuous and highly amusing waters of work and dating in New York City with the help of his buddies.
"Love Monkey" also stars Jason Priestley ("Beverly Hills, 90210"), Larenz Tate ("Crash," "Ray"), Christopher Wiehl ("Playmakers"), Judy Greer ("Elizabethtown"), Ivana Milicevic ("The Mind of the Married Man") and Katherine Lanasa ("Alfie").
"Love Monkey" is produced by Bayahibe Films, Ltd./Thirtyfour Films, Inc. and Paramount Network Television in association with Sony Pictures Television.
"Underage Thinking," the Teddy Geiger debut album, will be in stores Tuesday, February 28.
