All cat trees built with ½” O.S.B. board, NOT particle board that cracks. All posts are double 2x4 with no spliced to loosen up. NOT cardboard tubing. With 1-2”x3” piece of wood in the middle and a bolt at each end that loosens up after assembling it. All rope is ½” sisal rope. NOT 8mm thick nautical juts or household rope. Everything is carpeted top to bottom inside and out except the base it’s wrapped around the bottom base. We use Shaw carpeting only. NOT indoor outdoor carpet or the cheapest carpet available. All toys are secured with Philips screw and washer so toys can be changed around to your liking. NOT breakaway toys that breaks and can’t be fixed. Just loosen screw and attach any toy to tree. All trees are catnip treated unless specified otherwise by buyer. We offer free delivery within 15 miles radius of sears tower. Our trees are custom hand made in Frankfort, IL because of our home base location we also offer free delivery to all south and southwest suburbs including Peotone, Joliet, Morris, and Plainfield IL. Other arrangements can be made if needed. We also build complete play lands and cat trees on site in your home or business to accommodate any size or style tree in mind.
