Joe was my best friend growing up. He moved to our school in year 3, and at first we didn't get on until we realised we had a hell of a lot in common and that we lived just around the corner from each other. So from then on, Joe would call for me EVERY MORNING without fail for school. This is not only for primary school, he did this every day up until he died for secondary school also, and there is no doubt in my mind that if he was still alive he would have done the same in college. Too many laughs, WAY too many laughs and there was never a dull moment. We bought the funny sides out of each other, and when put together we were just natural screams all through school :D In about year 4, we decided it would be cool to give ourselves nicknames, and i ended up being Tangy, because i had a skin head and my head looks like an orange, and tangy comes from tango i assume, i never asked! And Joe ended up being Bowvif, although throughout our time he has been called G.I Joe, Ali Joe, Eoj, because of that class number plate we saw on that car lol. We had a thing when wewere kids to juust rap on the way to school. Joe would rap anything you threw at him, and the only one i remember him stuttering on was the letter I because well, what does I rhyme with other than Eye? LOL. Then of course there were the Eiffel 65 years, where everyone was blue and lived in a little house and had a blue girlfriend. Cus well, that had to be done! Singing was just a thing we had to do, even in the last year he was alive he was hooked on a few songs. Stacey's mom by fountains of wayne, which he would sing Wayne and Joe and Clarky's and Ben's and Carl's mom have got it going on, because well, he didn't want to leave anyone's mom out so he just threw them all together in these really corny tune, but hey, it was a laugh. Then what else was it? Eamon's fuck you you ho song he would sing full blast on our way back from our year 9 Sats. LOL, that was the same week Clarky found 'Fred' a Doctor Pepper can on a string, which ended up down the drain. At sneyd also, we had a thing for jumping off that hefty wall over the back. We all managed it perfect till Clarky thought it a good idea to do a 360 off it. He landed on Carl's bag and clean broke his ankle, but we was all laughing because he landed on STINGERS! lol, so he;s there screaming in agony sayin 'it ay funny lads' and whatever, and we're just crying on the top of the wall till we realise he actually HAS broke his ankle. Me and Joe carried him a half way with that other dude puffing his fag at the same time till two other guys helped and carried him to the wall while Carl dotted it to Clark'y and got his mom to get the ambulance. Good times, good times. Best memory i have with Joe is from Woodlands Camp in year 6. Joe and Dave was fighting for the top bunk, but both of them couldn't decide and both ended up on the floor, NOT on the bed. So Dave kept feeling joe up and pinching him, and joe was dead homophobic, so that didnt go down well, and Dave knew it and was trying to get his way. But eventually dave fell asleep and Joe snuck on to the bottom bunk, cus by this time, i had stolen the top bunk :D Then out of the blue, boswell sat up and started sleep walking, he reached under the bed and pulled out this huge stop sign and went to cave in Jay who was sleeping over there, so we all jumped on boswell and woke him up before he could hit him, but strangely Jay was asleep the whole time. So we put Bos back to bed, and then again he sat up sleep talking, but Wayde who was asleep aswell, moved his arm and it fell off the side of the top bunk and landed boswell clean int he head and knocked him out cold. Me joe and dave was just pissin ourselves and told Wayde when he woke up. Later n in the night, there was only me and Joe left awake. Earlier in the day we had came to the conclusion that it was haunted, because all the toilet doors kept opening, so we dotted it, as you do. Then on the night we was lying in bed and alls we could see was this light moving then disappearing and a noise outside. This had gone on for about a half hour, and i was dosing off. Then alls i hear is, Wayne, i'm scared. So i go, what? And he goes, Wayne, i'm going! He jumps out of bed and runs to the door going 'AAAAH!!' Me, thinking someobody's being killed or something, just stand up, hit my head off the ceiling and jump off the top bunk and sprain my ankle because i didn't realise what was going on and was just acting out of shock. So i limped to the door to find joe and he was outside with the teahcers who was getting pissed. And who walks in? the security guard with a torch light. So it turns out i nearly got my ankle snapped for a security guard. NICE ONE JOE! Last day i saw you brother was just a couple days before. You had bought a new Tamogotchi, and we grew up loving those as you do, and this si the thing that started Joe's fascinattion with Elephants :D so what does he do? Buys a tamogtchi and makes sure he can play with an elephant, which he does. He was going through a bit of a bad time because his mom was Pregnant, and he just generally wanted to be out of the way for a while. Almost every six weeks holiday we would be out for half 6 going 7 in the morning and be playing cricket and football for then, because he made it fun. I don't usually do those games at all lol. But this time was just different, but it was still a great laugh with Joe trying to do the worm and looking like he was humping the floor. :D Course that wasn't it, Was it? There was all sorts... The time it was your fault that Clarky broke his ankle, cus it totally was man, me and carl was the innocent ones. Even though you was laughing with us when he landed int he stingers and was writhing in agony and alls we could do was laugh. BASTARDS WE WAS! Or that time i spat on the postbox and that little girl put her hand in it LOL, and i blamed you, and the girls wench of a mom was calling you all the bastards under the sun, BOOM! Kicked your ass brother :D There is just too many... probably one of the funniest recent ones tho, was when clarky had just got his walkman and bought it to school, then all of the sudden he stopped amazed and goes, that just said my name. And when we listened it did sound like it was saying 'Go Clarky!' LMAO! Couldn't believe it when i got the news and it changed my life. I can't ever forget you man, you're always on my mind, you were a great influence on me and an amazing friend every second i knew you. you gave me some of the best memories in my life, and i'll take them with me forever. Was good to See you in August brother, till next year yeah? Rest in Peace man, you are a pure fucking legend and your missed day in and day out, just can't help wondering what other memories i could be writing about now if it hadn't o happened. Love you man, R.I.P.
