Well, since there really aren't any "band members", (Guitar - me, Keyboard - me, Vocals - uh, that would be, uh, sorry - me also) I thought I would lay out some important people for you just in case.

WAYNE WATSON is wearing this season of his creative life with the ease of a favorite well-worn leather jacketrelaxed and comfortable. The man whose voice and songs helped define an entire genre of Christian music throughout the 80s and 90s is re-connecting with his music with a new passion seemingly born at the intersection of age and wisdom.
The songwriter known for his remarkable depth and relevancy has just brushed past the milestone marker of half a centurymost of it shared intimately on the trail with God and his music. Much of the journey has been chronicled within the library of songs contained on more than two dozen album projects since his memorable breakthrough album Working In The Final Hour caught the imagination of an entire generation of Christian music listeners and radio with its release in 1980. To say his vocal styling and lyrics of open, honest communication of Gods presence in every day life circumstances helped lay the foundation on which todays contemporary Christian music is built would in no way be an overstatement.
God speaks He comes down to you in a still soft breeze. A still soft breeze in a still small voice; just softness down in your spirit, sweetness, a breaking, something shifting, something turning, something real waking in you. A rekindling: God is putting you back on track. May He keep you, smile on you, look on your face and cause you to prosper.
The first time I knew of a Wayne Watson, I was listening to a christian radio station in columbus, ga. This beautiful song being played on acoustic guitar came on and I stopped what I was doing and asked the Lord, who is that? I waited anxiously for the radio announcer to tell me who it was so I could run to the Bible-Book store and find the cassette tape. (we had no cd's then, folks) - I'm telling you it was Home Free and then I listened to the rest of it and my breath was taken away with every song. I have been a fan ever since and memorized them all and even learned to play a little bit of Home Free on my guitar (beginner style). My son, Eric, who is 28 now, remembers me playing Wayne's music over and over again--especially "Teenagers in the House." We used to dance to that one a lot and he never forgot it.
Hey, Wayne, just letting you know a couple things about your song "Watercolour Ponies" - it's the best-selling song on our Stardust CD (www.StardustLullaby.com) AND the CD has been submitted in six entries for the Grammys! So, if it wins, that means more $$ for you! :-) Thanks for such a great song - we use it every year for graduating seniors at my high school alma mater.
Wayne, I have been listening to your music for years! I have always enjoyed the thoughtful word choices you make! I was happy to find your "space" here! You have a fan in me! Your music was so important to me at various times in my life! Thanks for sharing your talent with the rest of us! May God continue to bless you and your family!!
Happy New Year Wayne ! Eye has not seen, nor ear heard, nor has it truly entered into our hearts yet, what marvelous works God has in store for 2009. May we all be poured out as a drink offering to Him this year, for His glory & His kingdom! Grace & Peace from Sandy
