WARRANTY/ EXCHANGES
Our products are guaranteed against defects in materials & workmanship for 10 years. I would say "Liftime", but who can honestly say that? I know that after 10 years, these pickups will last forever with proper use! Exclusions will be punctures, corrosion, damage done by any liquids or removal of original tape around the bobbins. Pickups must be completely unaltered.

Customers enjoy 30 day exchanges for “tonal” reasons on our pickups (excludes Custom Tuned Program). We will exchange your pickups for any other WB model of equal value. Or for small additional $ wind them until you love them. Our goal is to make sure you get the right pickup for your needs. Exchanges are for “UNALTERED” pickups only. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs on exchanged pickups. Pickups damaged by customer will not be replaced.
