WBFO's "On the Border" programming showcases Buffalo's contemporary popular music culture by presenting live musical performance via... 1) "Buffalo Avenues" - a weekly live performance review. Reporters visit venues, record sound, and provide a montage of audio and video in the form of a weekly show; 2) "Wednesday Night Concerts" - in WBFO’s theatre, a weekly one hour concert and interview with a local band. This series will showcase the diversity and talent of Buffalo’s professional performing musicians, including both established artists and especially emerging new talent.
