Why should I join your A&R Team?
We know that the ultimate judge of the artists we sign and the songs we choose for those artists is YOU! So why not recruit you, the fans, to help our A&R Dept. determine what music makes it into the stores and onto the radio. We want to know your opinions about our artists and their songs. Hopefully with your help we’ll be better equipped to choose the artists you like as well as the songs you like. The cool thing about this is you get a glimpse of what it is like to be an A&R rep at a record label. You will be an integral part of the actual record-making process by helping the A&R Dept. with your opinions about the choices we face everyday. JOIN THE A&R TEAM

Does your A&R Dept. accept artist packages?
We do accept artist packages. Send all artist packages to:

*Make sure to write “artist package” in the lower left hand corner of the packaging.
We need to hear the best representation of the artist in the packages. Pictures and short bios are nice, but what we are most interested in is the talent. Please be aware that we cannot possibly respond to every person who sends in an artist package. If there is something we feel is a match, we will absolutely get in touch with the sender. If you don’t hear from anyone at the label within 2 weeks from sending, consider it a pass.
Who manages your artists MySpace pages?
This varies from artist to artist. Sometimes it's the artist, sometimes it's us or their management team and sometimes it's a combination of all. We'll try and let you know on each artist's page.

You can click on their names on the left side of this page to listen to more music by each individual artist and/or vist their official websites.
