White Chocolate recorded their highly influential debut album "Obnoxious But Healthy" in the spring of 1987 while on parole.
After a brief world tour of mostly cancelled shows (with the exception of one appearance at Magic Mountain) the group ran into legal troubles and had to flee the country in 1988.
Rumors began to spread that the real reason White Chocolate broke up was because they graduated from high school and didn't have time to goof around with their recordings any more.
