I'm quickly learning that life is the aggresive pursuit and achievement of goals. that planning is just as important as taking advantage of random chance. to make mistakes and learn from them. that asking why is the beginning of understanding. and that ignorance is bliss only to the uneducated. if you never expose your heart no one will ever see it. nothing will ever get finished that is not first started. friends are worth sacrificing for Love even more so. That I am worth defending. the truth really is liberating, and responsibility is freedom. that maybe everything WILL be okay. And most importantly, to love someone else, you must first love yourself. I still love you though. Hell, you've read this far into it, no use stopping now.) Hello, my name is Adam Cowan, and I'm a Music Marketing major at EKU. I eventually hope to own and operate my own guitar store/venue so that local artists can have an all in one place to buy their gear as well as perform. Other than my career goals, I love to meet and get to know new and interesting people. Especially those who are passionate about the things they love in life and let nothing get in the way of the pursuit of their goals. Industrious and motivated people are the best people to surround oneself with I've found. My friends are like family to me. Especially my friends AJ, Amber, Goff, and Jacob. They're among the most intelligent and warm people to be around, and I can't thank them enough for their friendship. Other than that, I'm a pretty straight forward guy.
