We seek to cease the production of people; through the expression of ideas (imagination/emotion) we can start a new creation of life.
Winston smith is a rejection of the given, a destruction of production, a synthesis of motion.
Winston smith is a provocation, an impetus for change.
When our lives are homogenized, we fail to see our surroundings, we fail to use our senses fully because we shut out so much and rely on routine.
Art and music can pull us out of this stagnant state, wake us from our sleepwalking, and challenge our intellect and our emotions.
Each of us has the ability to create: create words from air and muscle, create energy and heat from our bodies, create food from our environment.
We are inherently independent, we are inherently creative, we inherently powerful. Yet we allow ourselves to be yoked by amusements, commodities, luxury. We forget our power. We surrender our intellect. We speak under self-made muzzles.
The system has transformed everyday personal contact into a commodity. We mistake our commodification (this dependence), for independence.
The system has studied and has come to understand the natures of past revolutions: we must create a new one.
