weallfallsilent is pez.
daniel j perry (aka pez, diesel dan dangerous, dockingbay94, hermit) writes songs of drunken and wasted nights, heartbreak and confusion. performing as wellfallsilent, pez is joined, firstly, by luke davis (aka cyptic pete, rowdy dave). luke adds melodic riffs which make pezs simple chord structures sound complex, choosing from a large selection of soft synths on his macbook or from his ever expanding collection of circuit bent toys, drum machines and keyboards (circuit bent by dangerous/deluxe/rebel) and with some hardware synths and keyboards, tom mclean (aka tommy deluxe) adds a digital sound which compliments the acoustics of the other musicians perfectly. andrew mcgrory (aka ted) from the band smash, grab, run plays bass and adds extra melodies with his vocal harmonies. adding a level of sophistication and complexity is the legend and genius rob rosa, who plays violin and piano. rob also plays with los grecos and kadence. another member of the group is the member who has played and created music with pez the longest, his younger brother nic. nic, who also performs as himself, plays a range of stringed instruments from a sitar to an oud and adds a perfected style of singing to additional harmonies. drummer ben hodson (ex-bean) bangs drums to keep all of the sounds together with his beats.

Hi Guys, Sorry I've not been round for a while. I was just listening to 'One Night'. You know I really like the anthemic chord progression and violin on that song. I'd love to hear it recorded and mixed a bit cleaner. Any plans? ~sighrens~
Pez these are really wonderful and beautiful songs, well done. I'd forgotten how good your voice is and what it sounded like, it's been such a long time since I last heard you sing. I think your voice suits these songs infinitely more than what we used to jam in your old shed years back. It's on my to do list to make a gig, work permitting. Oh yeah, do Jack The Dog still want local artists to submit songs for a comilation cd still?? I saw it on a group on Facebook a week or so ago but forgot to get in touch until now.
Hi Pez - How's it going? Thanks for the nice words. I remember said night well (the first bit at least!). The songs here sound great - you'll have to let us know if you're playing in Nottingham. Cheers, Alex
Hello folks, thanks for the friendship, I see I'm in good company - the wonderful Al Baker sits below this comment (I live with him!) Take it easy Louis Barabbas and the BVB
