We are 101, a band from the sunny riviera of the North-East. We do a mix of modern rock from bands such as The Killers, Kaiser Chiefs, Snow Patrol, The White Stripes, Green Day and Oasis (plus many more) and a selection of our own songs which we will try and get up onto the site soon. We mainly play pubs and bars in the North East and are available for private functions such as weddings, parties and bah mitzvahs. We have been gigging for 6 years and are well established as one of the leading bands on the circuit.

I'm fine. Pretty bored with the academic stuff on account of having a shitty lecturer for an important part of my course, but everything else is pretty entertaining, really. Pete's already back I think? I think he's really really skint. You know what he's like. I think he's alright, just back to his natural state of sitting in his house drinking. ;)

Hi Tim, Sorry i did'nt make it to the daisy- was really looking forward to seeing you guys but could'nt make it in the end! Writing this just after the Pigeons gig in Durham which was, to be honest, fuckin amazing! Support bands The Wallbirds and One Night Only were both very good as well. I'll catch up with you all somewhere totally random miles from home no doubt! Keep on Rockin in the Free World!
Thanks for the add Tim. Hav'nt seen you lot in ages, should make it to the Daisy Hill on the 19th. You'll have noticed the Cooperage is now boarded up! Shame really- u had some crackin gigs in there and some good memories, dont think it'll ever open as a pub again, oh well, thats life i suppose!
hello just to let you know if you didn't already that radio one had a whole foo fighters day last friday and during it they played a live cover of arcade fire (keep the car running). anyways if you would like to listen to it you can check out the listen again feature on the radio one website. i think they may be showing it on the red button of the telly box too. enjoy! we're off to leeds this weekend to see arcade fire and the chilis, whoop whoop!! :-) xx
