Avis_, conceived in the September of 2006 were far from the group they are today. Pumped full of passion for music, the band strived to create an identity they felt they truly belonged to.
Singapore, where they come from, isn't welcoming to alternatives. But nothing like that can stand in their way to create the music that breaks boundaries and wow the audience.
From the days where they did not know anything about the instruments and about being in a band, the members of Avis_ are now veterans of their instruments and are always striving the reach a higher level of musical proficiency.
Now in a transition stage, Avis_ regularly rolls out new works of their own and constantly tries to reach the optimum level the song can offer, therefore songs are continuously revised to do as such.
With that, Avis_ thanks its friends and supporters and by only that can we truly continue on our musical journey.

heh, post rock is being criticised huh nowadays here in sg. oh well, we've been 'labellised' as post-rock but who are we to say, it's their point of view. heh. u guys are great. we should do shows together one day man.
