Mykey Mykerson from Myketown on guitar (red), Dr. Fil (certified) on bass (red), Ben ex-beard on the singing and guitar (ex-red, now blue), and of course, your mum. Meaning that we're between drummers. And not like we're the meat in a drummer sandwich. Gross.
Getting together in early 2009, Myke, Phil, Ben & your mum combined their otherworldly superpowers to try and buy some beer. At first there were three red guitars, but since then Ben has borrowed a blue one to break things up a bit. It was a looking a little too, well, red.
The odd quirk and harmonic counterpoint never distract Dead on TV from writing healthy, driven, guitar based pop songs. Not Saturday morning kid's TV pop, but a brand of edgy, uplifting, closing time rock-pop that knows exactly where it is , why it's there and where it's going. Like an R&R satnav.
We of course did write this ourselves - who the hell else was going to write it? So this is a good indication of what we think, and understand that it may be in no way what you think.
We also don't really give a crap what you think (wives, girlfriends, mothers excluded)
