Retaining the home-grown, intimate feel of last year’s shows, this year's opening concert is curated by two of Scotland’s best loved singer, songwriter and guitarists, Emma Pollock and Karine Polwart, both performing on the night alongside Alasdair Roberts and James Yorkston. Dublin’s Adrian Crowley will join James on stage to sing the songs of Daniel Johnston. Expect solo sets and unique collaborations as the festival kicks off in style.
