joe, baker, andy, jon and laurence. all play the tambourine, but not at the same time.
Influences
very much intellectual literature. we derive our influences from a number of sources, read at least three papers every day, and can speak quite a few languages. we frown upon pretence, and readily admit that the jurassic park score is just as cool as many of our fave contemporary artistes, such as the strokes or hot hot heat, yet at the same time, for example, much of the idlewild repertoire can be counted alongside the great works of mozart or elgar. we hold that none of us are actually perfect, and thus cannot be blamed for lying about our intellect.
everyone else
everyone else grew their roots in art lessons, in the early part of this century. after experimenting on the basic form of their band, they formed as a quartet, wanting to making people feel included- like they're a somebody and perhaps being a bit self-deprecating on the band's part;
working on the basis that 'all good poetry doesn't rhyme,' they began to sculpt a sound that is a form of art indie that holds a little extra in itself. recording a mini demo titled 'everyone else; read this' in joe's bedroom and andy's living room, during the easter period of last year, off they rolled.
baker's now part of the band as well. he plays lead/rhythm guitar of some sort.
The mini demo 'READ THIS' is available, and we're hoping to record another ep/demo sometime soon. do contact us, we'd love to hear from you. honestly.

I´m just stopping by to send a little encouragement from the scriptures - those verses just struck me tonite ... :-))
Therefore we do not loose heart! Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal...
It is God who has made us for this very purpose and has given us the spirit as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come!!! (2. Cor 4,16 ff.)
Take courage and have a great week!!
Cheers and Blessings!
Arne
As the year comes to a close, I quickly wanted to say thanks for joining me on my myspace journey. Actually, the last 3 months have been quite a ride for me, as I was starting to utilize this at that time for me totally unknown communication platform to introduce people to my music and story. And the response has been tremendous!!!
Thanks again, and I hope You will stop by in 2007 again. In case You have not checked out www.myspace.com/arnekopfermannband yet: I started this 2nd site to share a few more rather worshipful songs, that are working great for the church in Germany. Hopefully they will speak to You as well!
Last but not least: In case You are still looking for last minute Christmas presents, You will find my CD “With All My Heart” at www.m2sound.com/arne. Or just click the banner…
Have a great Christmas!!! The story of God becoming flesh will never stop to amaze me!

Hello Laurence. Everything is going well at the moment. How are things with you? I'm moving out of Clayhill tomorrow which I'm looking forward to, as it's only Baker and myself around and about still. I'll try and get the videos Wade filmed of Everyone Else (+Baker) onto youtube when I get home, there are some wicked films. They need compressing or something silly like that before I can do it. How did you final display of work turn out, I forgot to ask you when you were in Kingston?
afternoon lads,
loving the cd and stuff
great tracks. it was a pleasure to play with you at b&g the other night
hopefully hook up for another gig at some point
