What The Fuck Is Going On?
Hey Guys!
As you may have noticed, fuck all has been happening on the page for quite a while now so I thought I'd just clear some things up and let people know what the dealio is.
Alot of things have been going on behind the scenes and we're preparing ourselves for some big changes. We can't say just yet what they are but they will be happening within the next few months. This means that we will not actively playing shows for a while. Any shows we get offered to play we will deffo be up for playing, if we are all available. However, we are not purposely seeking shows for the time being as we have alot of other stuff to sort out. We're all sure you guys will be excited :D
Also, people have been asking us if there will be a new tour video from our 2nd tour with Lavondyss. To answer this, yes, there will be another video, but when it will be ready and up on YouTube, I have no idea. I (Tom) edit all the videos myself and it takes fucking aggggges and I don't have enough hours in the day as it is, so bare with me! I will aim to get the video up and ready asap but if it takes a while then you know why.
Anyway, have a good Easter guys and keep an eye out for the video!

Teen Cancer Trust Charity Show
Hey Guys!
It's a little over due but thanks so much to everyone who came down to the Met Lounge on friday for our charity fund raiser show! We had an awesome night and hope you all enjoyed yourselves!
Just to let you know, we managed to raise a total of £365 for teen cancer trust which is amazing!
Thanks again to everyone who came, all the bands who played, Steve for letting us hire the venue, Allen on the door, all the bar staff, the soundman and all the bouncers. Theres also an espeshially HUGE thank you to Kelvin who bounced the venue and gave us his nights wages to add to the total, along with a tenners worth of change he had been collecting for charity! What a fucking LEGEND!

Recording Dates Postponed
Hey Guys!
We've just been given the news that our album recording will be postponed for a couple of months. This is due to alot of changes happening with the label and more specifically, the recording studio. It does suck abit but, in a weird way, it's not all that bad really as it free's up our time in January to play some more shows and to refine and polish all our songs ready for the album.
Hopefully everything will be sorted out soon and we will be given confirmation of our new recording dates. Anyway, we'll keep you posted!

Things Are Going Quiet...
Hey Guys!
If you were wondering why things have gone quiet in the way of shows and new music, heres the deal.
We're scheduled to record our album in January next year, so we've been spending alot of time writing new songs and polishing old one's so we can make this album the best we possibly can. However, this is taking up alot of our time so obviously shows are gonna be sparse untill next year. Also, recently alot of shows have been pulled, not due to any one's fault, its just how things have happened. We are still taking show offers but we arent actively arranging shows as it were.
Anyway, thats the basics of it all. Hopefully you'll all like the new stuff we've been busting our balls over!

TASTE OF CHAOS - NOTTINGHAM ROCK CITY!

We found out earlier this week that we've been picked to open ROCKSTAR TASTE OF CHAOS in Nottingham @ Rock City on Monday 20th October.
We're so excited about this its unreal; we'll be sharing the stage with amazing bands like Atreyu, Story of the Year, As I Lay Dying and more!
So we'll hopefully see some of you there!

6/6 Live Review from Sonic Dice!
Hey Guys!
As you may or may not know, the guys from Sonic Dice music reviews were down at the Met Lounge the other night for Ryan's charity show. The show was put on to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support.
Anyway, here's our section of the review!
"There is no doubting that the local lads, We Are Fiction (6/6), stole the show. With the crowd seemingly somehow to have doubled they appeared to cheers dressed as a nun, a chicken, Captain America, Batman and Darth Vader.
"Are you boys hot?" asks the nun.
"I feel like a fucking dickhead", retorts Darth.
It sounds like a cruel joke but with tonight's event in aid of Macmillan Cancer Research it was all in a good cause. With the first deafening (and I do mean deafening) snare-shot the pit kicks into action and the Posh lads can do no wrong with their jovial banter and hulking rock-heavy screamo.
Lead vocalist Phil Barker is aptly named, it turns out, as he throws himself about the stage hounding the crowd and demanding more effort from them. There is a suspicion that he may be a little unhinged because he will do literally anything to bait the masses; including clambering over the speakers, surfing the crowd, dropping the mic into the pit for the fans to fight over, and then dragging out his nutsack for the ladies to oggle. Yes, quite.
Still, there's no denying the band are in party mood and their destructive music has the desired effect. 'You'll Never Guess What's Coming Next' is pretty damned impressive played with a crushing tightness and displaying a dizzying hook. Time for a chant of "Shit in my gob" decides Barker and when that works he gets Lavondyss to join the band on stage for an end of tour moshpit of their own. Only the in-house fun police spoil the party when they step in to stop the crowdsurfing. Thankfully, they don't have much effect."

RISING RECORDS!
Hey everybody!
Awesome news!!
As of today (21st August 2008) we have signed a full deal recording contract with Rising Records UK! We will be recording our first album from the 10th - 30th January 2009 with a scheduled release of Spring 2009!
Thanks to everyone who has supported us through both BBA and WAF! We love you all and we couldn't have done it without you!
