What is Filthy Gorgeous??
FILTHY gorgeous is widely thought of as one of the most respected underground party brands in Ibiza & London.
Demand for their fun loving events and trademark ‘Underground House & Techno’ has also taken them as far a field as Australia, Asia, UAE, Mexico, The Middle East, Europe and everywhere in between.
This past winter they’ve been making a quite a stir on London’s underground house/techno scene, hosting parties at the incredible Lightbox venue in Vauxhall. Guests included Kevin Saunderson, Kiki, Mr C, Anthony Collins, Patrick Zigon, Chymera, MarcAshken, Anthea, Dean Muhsin & more.
But it’s really Ibiza they call ‘home’. Having hosted parties in various locations across the island, including Privilege (where they hosted the Coco Loco for the whole of summer 2006 alongside Mauro Picotto's Meganite), Space, Eden, ex-Strip Clubs, an Old Zoo, Private Villa’s and other unusual locations, this is where they have made their reputation as serious party people!!
This summer Filthy Gorgeous are hosting 3 parties in the El Salon room of Carl Cox & Friends @ Space as well as a series of secret parties through the island.
FILTHY gorgeous has received astounding feedback and press wherever they go, including: DJ Mag, The Music Industry Manual, 3D World (Sydney), M8 Magazine, One Week To Live, Time Out (UK & Dubai), Ibiza-Spotlight.com, Ibiza Voice.com, Inthemix.com.au & Tilllate.com.
FILTHY gorgeous is promoted by a trio of veteran Ibiza workers, who’ve all earned their strips promoting parties not just on the White Isle, but around the globe.
Main resident DJ’s are Scott Martin (also a ‘We Love..’ @ Space / ex Mambo Resident) & Jamie Gittins (also Disco Bomb Promoter/Resident), who have both been making their own waves in the scene too…Last summer in Ibiza alone, between them playing at major promotions like Cream, Manumission, Pete Tongs Wonderland, Tiesto/The Electrik Playground and Carl Cox & Friends. The pair were also nominated as ‘Best Up Coming DJs’ at the M8 Ibiza Dance awards in September 2006.
As well as Scott & Jamie, FILTHY gorgeous boasts a whole host of talented residents including - Daniel Lopez, Lee Rands, Nic & Kaleb, & Sean Hughes...All making waves in the scene in their own right and sure to big names of the future, so watch this space!!!
