Whereas, a community of celebrants, artists, lovers, and friends exists who are focused on the unmitigated pursuit of joy and exuberance, free of hindrance and harassment,
Whereas, there exists a need to protect and nurture the elements of this community which may not currently enjoy the circumstances to pursue their entitled desired ends,
Whereas, individuals and structures of influence have exploited or neglected the valuable among us,
Whereas, the full potential of the creative elements of this community have not been realized due to an inefficient and factional allocation of talent and resources,
Whereas, we acknowledge that the improvement of the art community as a whole increases the enjoyment for all who participate, and that this improvement must come from a united effort of individuals across the community,
Whereas, interested parties from all facets of this community have pledged themselves to improve the party environment for all participants as far as our influence extends, in co-operation with the established venues and residencies,
Whereas a common understanding of these desires and goals is of the greatest importance for the full realization of this organization,
Now, Therefore We proclaim This Declaration of Intent as a standard of achievement for all associated to these ends.
without friends and a decent social network we'd be less than fire hydrants scattered by road sides waiting for dogs............. to keep us up on the latest like postmen are supposed to do now. the better we'd treat 'em the more they'd hang out just fucking the dog in the sun with their friends. ya see even a dog attracts people. and a postman? well, he doesn't even ring once instead, haphazardly delivering his mark......... bills, junk mail and the occasional dead guy's collection agency debt threats it not mattering who gets whose mail. he carries pepper spray in praise of dogs as he beats his busy 9 to 5 monday through friday path through your hedge rushing to deliver the same neighborly message to ever one of your neighbors. people in cars who don't even know your name but know your dog's instead.
