Forming in October of 2007 in their hometown of Fargo, ND Hands is best known for crafting songs of hope and strength, filled with evocotive lyrics and emotive vocals, intense ambient guitars, and hard hitting progressions. Their particular brand of rock and roll is guaranteed to leave you with a sense of having experienced something honest and passionate. Those two words, honesty and passion, are the core elements that shine through in the recordings, the live performances, and in each of the members as individuals.
After succesfully releasing their 2008 independant album, "The Everlasting [EP]" (available on itunes, amazon, emusic), touring extensively both in their region and nationaly, the group teamed up with Lobster/Oort records in June of 2008. Recently, Hands has completed tracking their full length LP "The Sounds Of Earth" which will see a 2009 international release.
