It was the year 2000, we were 13 years old, we neither played nor possessed musical instruments, yet we already had the title for our greatest hits album. So we began spending every Saturday writing our first four albums.. How hard could it be?!

Chopsticks with cotton wool attachments would hit bongos, the 'bass guitar' setting on a £5 Casio keyboard would provide the low end and there was even a kazoo solo! It was possibly the sweetest music ever made. The first single would creep inside the Top 40 and then the breakthrough would come with the second single hitting No. 4! It was all mapped out; the plan was foolproof.

Ok ok, it was harder than was first thought, but now 9 years on, having undergone a few tweaks here and there, the plan still stands. Support slots for Cage The Elephant, One Night Only and The Days have sharpened our live set and a successful album recording session, plus a series of gigs and festivals up and down the UK, has helped us hone our sound.

With 2009 set to be pretty darn good, we look forward to releasing our debut album, playing in Japan and touring all over the UK. Having sold out of our limited edition USB single and a highly successful first year for our own Brighton club night, The Trigger Club, we're confident that there are many good times to come!
