"Whoever said 'punk is dead' probably never knew what real punk was. Tonight was certainly an exception....the highlight of the night was Salem's own Kill The Kids. Having not played in Salem for almost a year, it was clear to this reviewer that everyone was there to see them. Everyone crowded the front as KTK took the stage, and from the word "go" the band unleashed a fury of fast, brutal punk gems. Each member looked as if they had been playing together for 20 years as they sang and screamed their way through the set. Watching this group play really brought about a lot of memories of such great acts as Portland’s own 800 Octane, Circle Jerks, Operation Ivy, and even a bit of Clash influence.....All in all, I believe this band is one of Oregon's finest."

Kill The Kids: we've been together since 2004, based out of Oregon. We've been fortunate enough to play some pretty big shows, open for some well-respected bands, and overall establish a good local fan base. We've even gone on a few small west coast tours, and plan on a lot more of such fruitless endeavors.....and by fruitless, we mean we wouldn’t change it for the world!
Haha! I got more music to listen to on drugs...and not on laptop speakers. There's some sub-bass shit you can only hear on headphones of good speakers.
