KaFe	Apr 5 2007 11:19 PM ready? here goes Da Bomb Diggity Vegetarian Lasagna -2 packages of frozen spinach -olive oil -lasagna pasta -ricotta cheese -can of tomatoes -pasta sauce -oregano -basil -fresh garlic -shrroms -sun dried tomatoes -zucchini -yellow squash -1 or 2 packages of shredded Italian cheese shizzle -i… think that’s it -preheat oven to 350 1. boil pasta 2. get a big bowl and mix a big can of chopped tomatoes + pasta sauce + oregano + basil + garlic… this is your tomato sauce 3. chop portabello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, zucchini, yellow squash, (whatever nigga!) … place them on a plate and drizzle olive oil on them, grind some pepper on those hoes, and sprinkle a little sea salt 4. microwave frozen spinach for 7 min, so it defrosts 5. sauce your lasagna pan (you can buy disposable tin foil ones at publix) w/ the tomato sauce—all over the place so nothing sticks. Maybe a light dab of olive oil too 6. put 3 rows of pasta 7. layer ricotta cheese, spinach, veggies, tomato sauce, and shredded cheese 8. pasta layer 9. same as step 7 10. pasta layer 11. the top: load up the top with all the cheeses and tomato sauce 12. cover w/ tin foil but bend back one corner so it can breathe 13. bake at 350 for 18.5 min then open oven and take off the foil 14. let the lasagna bake for like 8 min more. Check it. When the top is browned and delicious take that baby out. That bitch is ready!
